Meet Chad Fancher-
Director of Sales & Operations
I am a proud U.S. Army veteran with 8 years of service, including combat deployments to Iraq. My time in the military taught me the value of discipline, leadership, and perseverance—qualities that I’ve carried into my professional life. After my service, I transitioned to the corporate world, where I held the role of Director of Sales and Operations for a major refrigerants company, overseeing teams and driving business growth.In addition to my corporate experience, I became a successful franchise owner in the painting industry, generating over $2.3 million in sales. This entrepreneurial journey gave me firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build and scale a business from the ground up. I currently live in Palestine, Texas, with my amazing wife, Samantha, and our children. Faith is an important part of our lives, and we enjoy being active in our local church, where I serve on the worship team. Beyond my family and faith, I’m passionate about helping other veterans grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

When Teri first started her new life – the civilian one – she sought out starting a new business and landed on franchising. She wanted to invest in an already-proven and established business, and franchising was the answer.
She owned and operated a Massage Envy for 10 years by which she followed the systems and processes set by the franchisor. After only 6 short months, Teri was able to step away from the daily operations of the business to become a semi-absentee owner who essentially managed the manager. After growing the business to $1.5M in annual revenue, she was able to sell the business for a very profitable exit.
From Amazing Lash Studio, WaveMax, Laundry to Pet Evolution, Teri kept investing in franchise brands as a way to grow and diversify her portfolio. During this time, she also coached other investors on how to learn about and discover franchising opportunities as a vehicle for growth.
